ACP to API proxy

Although this requirement is unusual, some of my agents only permit API usage within Claude Code and cannot be used directly as a standard API.
Low priority. This may necessitate isolating user context in ACP mode (stripping contexts like .claude where possible and guiding it via system prompts to behave more like a plain API).
