Trivial - but Tool model doesn't honor provider preferences?

Per screenshots. Though I don’t enable gpt-4o for OpenAI, it’s still selected as the default Tool model. I’m personally OK with it, but hopefully the entire model preferences could be consistent. This could cause unexpected billing for serious usage.
