TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'summaryParts')
一直报错，禁用工具和技能后会报另一个错误：TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'text')。使用github copilot 的GPT-5mini,GPT-5.3-Codex时会报错，节前一直正常，升级后就不行了。但4o跟4.1又是正常的
