TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'summaryParts')

I keep getting errors. When I disable tools and skills, I get a different error: `TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'text')`. This happens when using GPT-5mini and GPT-5.3-Codex in GitHub Copilot. It was working fine before the holiday, but stopped working after the update. However, versions 4.0 and 4.1 work fine.
