TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'summaryParts')
使用github copilot的大部分模型一直报错，禁用工具和技能后会报另一个错误：TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'text')。目前GPT-5mini,GPT-5.3-Codex等会报错，但4o跟4.1又是正常的
