新添加的 Skill 需要重启 Alma 才能在 UI 中显示
本来已经有一个 skill 在用了，今天又添加了一个新的 skill 到 skills 文件夹里。刷新后，在设置里可见。但发现对话框底部还是只显示之前那个 skill，新加的那个一直不出来，即使打开新聊天窗口。后来发现原来需要重启 Alma 才行
