我尝试使用：
1. Anthropic Provider，发现无法自己添加 model，而获取 model 的接口 Azure 没有
自定义 Provider，目前的 API format 只有 /chat/completions 和 /responses 两种
所以看能否添加一个 Azure Anthropic Provider 或者 API format 支持 /messages
